Postage, Exchanges and Returns

1. Postage

1.1 To Me Love Me use Royal Mail to despatch their products. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. The average time for delivery is:

Standard – Estimated 3-5 working days from the date of postage. Not guaranteed. This is a free delivery service.

First Class – Normally delivers next working day, but not guaranteed. To Me Love Me charge a flat rate of £2.00 per package for this service. 

Next Day - The cost for Next Day Delivery is £8.00. Delivery will be made the next working day for orders placed before 1pm or the second working day for orders placed after 1pm.

Overseas Delivery - Europe – Estimated 3 to 5 days at a flat rate of £7.00

Rest of the World - Estimated 5 to 7 days at a flat rate of £25.00

Please note: Royal Mail advice is that the maximum possible delivery time extends to 17 working days. If your Standard Delivery order has not arrived by that time, please contact To Me Love Me.

1.2 While requests for items to be left in particular locations if undelivered will be passed on to Royal Mail, To Me Love Me cannot compel them to honour those requests. To Me Love Me will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items as a result of any such request.

2. Returns

2.1 To Me Love Me will happily accept a return for any product provided it has not been opened, any seals are still in place and there has been no sign of damage. 

2.2 To Me Love Me is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been used or opened.

2.3 You must send an email to info@tomeloveme.com within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it.

2.4 No refund is available for any shipping cost paid when you placed your order. There will be no reimbursement for any shipping cost incurred in returning the goods.

3. Exchanges

3.1 To Me Love Me will happily accept an exchange request for any product provided it has not been opened, any seals are still in place and there has been no sign of damage.

3.2 To Me Love Me is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been used or opened.

3.3 You must send an email to info@tomeloveme.com within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to exchange it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

3.4 To Me Love Me cannot provide exchanges where the desired item price is lower than the original, a refund will be made back to the original payment card and the desired item then purchased separately. To Me Love Me cannot exchange items for a higher value and charge you the extra, if this is desired the product should be returned for a refund and the desired item purchased separately.

3.5 Please note, To Me Love Me are not able to reimburse you for the postage cost to return the goods. The exchange item requested will be sent to you free of charge. A £5.00 administration charge will apply for all exchanges.

4. How To Return

4.1 To Me Love Me recommends that you use a traceable shipping method (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) to send any goods back. To Me Love Me will not be held liable if this has not been done and the product is not received by us.
